I joined the 11 Day Jumpstart on January 1, 2023 in hopes to loose a few pounds because I was at the heaviest weight in my life. Nothing I did was sustainable or long lasting leading up to the jumpstart. I either maintained the weight I was at or gained more. In addition, I never knew how food could impact a person mentally, emotionally and physically.

My Journey

When I started on January 1, 2023, I was feeling frustrated because I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life. In addition, I didn’t want to eat a lifetime of salads because I knew it wasn’t sustainable. I honestly love desert after lunch and dinner and had several sugar cravings throughout the day for chocolate. Not to mention, my love for bakery and a cup of coffee in the morning. I knew I needed a healthy diet, not just one that included salads! I just can’t eat 3-4 salads a week. I had already tried that! It didn’t work. Now, after one month of following the jumpstart program and drinking the juice daily, I lost 10 pounds and received more results than I anticipated! UPDATE: As of 3/15/23 I have lost 15 pounds!

The 11 Day Jumpstart

The jumpstart program is designed to help you take control of your health by replacing unhealthy foods with nutrient-dense ingredients. It also provides you with a meal plans that is easy to follow and full of delicious recipes. This has been instrumental in helping me make better food choices. Understanding what foods are good and nutritious along with drinking water and detoxing has been instrumental in my attaining my weight goals

Lastly, they have fun check-ins with and the most supportive Facebook group you’ll ever be in! For 11 days you get to connect with others on their journey to better health and see the positive results they get from the supplements. With a guided exercise routine, I am actually able to stay motivated and keep on track due to the support from this group! So not only are you getting getting healthier, you are also in a great community.

The Support you Need – Mentally, Physically & Emotionally

The supplement is a sweet, fruit juice, that tastes delicious . It is a powerful whole body supplement and antioxidant drink that is clinically show to significantly increase physical energy levels, reduce daily stress while also improving sleep patterns and increasing time asleep. On top of that, the juice has opened my eyes to a new way of life! Here are my successes after one month: (UPDATE: 3/15/23)

  • I lost 15 pounds
  • I don’t have cravings for chocolate, sweets, muffins or bread
  • I no longer have anxiety – I weaned myself off of anxiety meds!
  • I am much more energetic – I go to bed later (9:30 PM) and get up earlier (6AM) and feel fully rested
  • I sleep amazing
  • I don’t have the midday slump
  • I have increased mental clarity (I really didn’t understand this until I had it!)
  • I am less anxious
  • I no longer have restless legs
  • I feel emotionally stronger
  • I don’t have coffee jitters like I used to
  • I em excited to make dinner again – except now they are healthy! It’s like eating gourmet foods!!!

I typically drink 2 ounces of juice in the morning and 2 ounces midafternoon (or if I am looking for something sweet to eat). It makes me smile because there are many mornings I’m up bright and early before my alarm clock! Not to mention, feeling awake and ready for the day! Plus, it’s helped me get rid of the foggy brain after a sugary snack or midday slump from an unhealthy lunch!

One last thing…

All in all, this journey has truly been life-changing mentally, physically and emotionally for me. Improving your Emotional health, stop feeling numb, release anger, and reduce stress is so good for improving the quality of life.
